traditional extra virgin olive oils
In addition to our own orchard, we also lease several local orchards as well as purchase high quality olives from local growers who do not want to make and market their own oil. We use the same careful hand-harvest, cold extraction production and storage processes as for our organic olives. We make several different oils from different varieties at different levels of ripeness which allows us to make different blends with various taste profiles.
