organic extra virgin olive oils
The oils we make from our orchard are certified organic by the California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF). We pick the olives by hand and bring them immediately to our mill right next to the orchard on our farm so that they can be milled without any delays. We use the most careful production processes, without any added water or heat to make pure olive juice that is as healthy and delicious as possible. We store the oil in stainless steel fustis in a cool room so that it can be optimally preserved and bottle it in dark glass bottles to prevent the oil from being damaged by light. Our oils are high in anti-oxidants, which means that they tend to be of medium to strong taste. All our oils are certified extra virgin by the California Olive Oil Council.
